If Baylor shoots the way they did against Iowa State, they’ll be one of the top teams in the Big 12 easily. Kansas State scraped by Texas Tech with a rough game, and that won’t cut it against the Bears.
TCU 60, Texas Tech 52
Ugly should easily describe this game as both teams are looking for their first Big 12 victory. TCU pulls this one out at the end and shows why Texas Tech is at the bottom of the pack.
(20)Texas 64, (16)West Virginia 61
It was a much needed break for Texas who tumbled against both Oklahoma squads last week. Despite WVU riding high after blowing out the Sooners, I expect the Longhorns to return back to Earth.
(24)Oklahoma State 73, (18)Oklahoma 68
This would be a statement game for Okie State if they’re able to take down their rivals on the road. They had a setback at Kansas, but the defense was solid and may have had a better chance if Le’Bryan Nash wasn’t shut down.
(11)Iowa State 75, (9)Kansas 71
Who’s going to be the only Big 12 to win at home? Yeah, Iowa State probably won’t be the only conference team to win on their home court this Saturday, but the Cyclones will take down the team they hate the most because Georges Niang will turn up his game.
