A video of the full interview can be found on the Panthers’ official website. Here is the basic transcription of what was said in the video.
On how practice is going in the linebacker group:
"“I think we work great as a group. We got a lot of great guys, a lot of talented guys, a lot of smart guys. We get on the field and we’re talking and communicating. Things just go well. It goes well when you know what you’re doing and you have everybody working together.”"
On what the differences are heading into mini-camp this season:
"“That first year is a lot harder. Having one year under my belt makes a big difference. I’m obviously trying to improve every single day. I still have some mistakes, but who doesn’t at this time of the year?”"
On how the intensity will pick up in camp:
"“I think we’re a pretty young team so the tempo is high up and we love to compete. That’s what this team is about. We’ll see the tempo pick up and build up all the way through mini-camp.”"
