Philbert had four official visits with Iowa State, Kansas, South Florida, and Oklahoma State. He visited the Cyclones on January 16th when a lot of prospects visited when College GameDay was in Ames. He made trips to the Bulls and Jayhawks afterwards. His trip to Stillwater came back on December 12th. Shortly after his visit in Lawrence, the OT committed with the Cyclones.
