Iowa State football: Report card for the 2014 season

The 2014 Iowa State football season came to an unraveling conclusion a few weeks ago as the Cyclones finished on a six-game losing streak. Now it’s time to give a grade report for each part of the football team from the offensive line to the coaching.
Obviously with a 2-10 season and second straight season that Iowa State finished well under .500, the report card isn’t going to be pretty. It’s also not going to be just littered with F’s. The season was a disaster, but just like finding a car in a junkyard, there’s some valuable parts in there.
Let’s break down the Cyclones’ 2014 football season.
