Big 12 football power rankings: Should Oklahoma move ahead of Baylor?

The power rankings see quite a few moves after a full slate of Big 12 action on Saturday. How far does Oklahoma move up after their domination? Was it enough to overtake Baylor, who also threw down another Big 12 opponent?
