Nick Leaders: A first team all-Big 12 Conference selection by the coaches in 2005, finished his Cyclone career with 259 tackles and blocked 5 kicks. Following his senior season, Leaders signed an unrestricted free agent deal with the Baltimore Ravens and spent the 2006 season on their practice squad. He is currently working for Prestige Wine & Spirits Group as a brand development manager.

West Virginia @ Maryland – West Virginia: They looked awfully strong against Alabama in week one who is a perennial power house.

Georgia @ South Carolina – Georgia (big): Todd Gurly may be the best back in the country and South Carolina doesn’t have much defense this year.

Arkansas @ Texas Tech – Arkansas: They are making improvements under Bielema and if they can get an early lead the team seems to play stronger.

Iowa State @ Iowa – Iowa State: Always a close game no matter where each team is at currently. Both teams have had some early season struggles, but I couldn’t in good conscience ever pick Iowa.

Tennessee @ Oklahoma – Oklahoma: They always have talent and this year is no exception. They look to have a good chance to make the BCS playoff this year.

UCLA @ Texas  – UCLA: I’m not sold on either team but good quarterback play by UCLA will be the difference with an inexperienced Texas team who got beat up by BYU last week.
