Iowa State men’s basketball: 2014-15 Big 12 conference schedule released

The 2014-15 Iowa State men’s basketball schedule has been revealed. Some times and various TV networks were also released but not yet finalized.

With the dissolving of the syndicated Big 12 Network, all Big 12 conference games will be on the ESPN family of networks. Basically, you’ll see more games on ESPNews. From what we know right now, there’s a potential for Iowa State to be on ESPN eight times, ESPN2 six times, ESPNU seven times, and they will be on ESPNews twice in road trips to West Virginia and TCU.
Of the 11 games that have been scheduled a tip-off time, six of them will be at 8:00 PM Central time. Three of them are at 1:00 PM, one at 3:00 PM, and one at 6:00 PM. Seven other games will be announced at a later date.
The Big 12 season opens up Tuesday, January 6th, with Iowa State hosting Oklahoma State. It concludes Saturday, March 7th, at TCU. The Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship will be in Kansas City, Missouri, and will run from Wednesday, March 11th, through Saturday, March 14th.
