No matter where you’re at on Monday and Tuesday of next week, you will be able to catch coverage of the Big 12 football media days.

More from Big 12 News

FOX Sports Southwest announced late on Wednesday that they would be televising coverage all morning long on both Big 12 media days. They also gave out the other regional sports networks that the event will be on.

"FOX Sports Southwest will televise the 2014 Big 12 Conference Football Media Days live on Monday, July 21 and Tuesday, July 22 from the Omni Dallas Hotel. Coverage both days will air from 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. CT.The programs also will be shown on other FOX Sports Regional Networks, including FOX Sports Oklahoma, FOX Sports Midwest and FOX Sports Kansas City in the Big 12 footprint and nationally on FOX College Sports Central."

Basically, if you have access to your local FOX Sports regional network, you’ll get media day coverage on TV. Or if you have FCS Central nationally (if it’s not on an FCS channel nationally on DirecTV, you’ll likely have to subscribe to the Sports Pack if it’s not available on your local RSN).

Can’t watch the event on TV? No sweat. The Big 12 Digital Network will carry everything in the same time frame, giving you a live feed straight to your desk at work.

Still can’t watch the event when it’s happening? I get it, sometimes jobs can really be a no-fun zone, or you’re actually the responsible type that gets work done correctly instead of rushing through it.

Before hitting the sack on either of those days, you can catch a special recap show on the following RSNs (Central times listed):

  • FOX Sports Southwest – 10:00 PM
  • FOX Sports Oklahoma – 10:00 PM
  • FOX Sports Kansas City – 10:30 PM
  • FOX Sports Midwest – 11:00 PM

Iowa State will be taking the stage on Tuesday, July 22nd, at 10:30 AM Central time.

Commentators: Your hosts for the event will be lead host Ric Renner from FOX Sports Southwest, FOX college football analyst Gary Reasons, and reporter Erin Hartigan.

If streaming on the Big 12’s official athletic website, you will have Wendell Barnhouse and Kristen Keith for coverage.
