Barnes on the differences between the Longhorns’ first two losses in Big 12 play and the last three victories.
"One stat – today we had eight turnovers. We had eight turnovers and 12 assists, where normally 12 could be the other way. The other thing is fouling. In our first three conference games our opponents shot 100 free throws to our 68. We’ve been more solid defensively. I think the biggest thing is our guys felt like they were going to be aggressive and not let guys get a shot off. They’re going to shoot it. We just need to be in position not to let them get another one."
