Defensive line: D+

With players like Rodney Coe and Cory Morrissey returning, who combined for 11.5 tackles for loss last season, they’ll have leaders that can make some improvements next year from an overall dismal effort. Plenty of games featured running backs bursting through a large opening, or no pressure was given at all to the opposing quarterback that passed for nearly 500 yards.

Along with leading the linemen in total tackles (52), Morrissey also registered two sacks and a forced fumble.
