Kansas head coach Charlie Weis on how the game got away from the Jayhawks:
"“When you nickel and dime them in the run game, and one thing we weren’t doing is we weren’t completing any passes. Then as you saw in the second half it didn’t make much of a difference because in the second half when Jake (Heaps) was putting it right on them, we probably dropped six passes. It was not a good performance.”"
