Iowa State football: Midseason grades for players and coaches

Jeremiah George currently leads the Cyclones with 69 total tackles, and Luke Knott’s had a great debut as a freshman that shows some promise already being third on the team with 45 total tackles, has broken up a couple passes, and forced a fumble. The ability to stop the run was there in the games against the Golden Hurricane and Longhorns, but Iowa State’s mistackles reared their ugly head lately and have given up over 200 yards rushing in four games. Baylor nearly hung up 300 last week.
