It’s Iowa State football’s season finale as they head to Fort Worth to take on third-ranked TCU. Upset will be on the Cyclones’ minds. They’ve done it before, but that was in their friendly confines of Jack Trice Stadium. That luxury won’t be at Anon G. Carter Stadium.

Updated weather and betting odds

Iowa State still remains a near five-touchdown underdog on the road. TCU is favored by 34.5 points as of late Friday night and the total points is set at 69. The public is dead even on betting the spread, so don’t expect that number to click to a full 35 points.

Weather will be absolutely perfect with a bit of wind. Temperatures will start at 57 degrees but will climb to over 60 quickly. It will be partly cloudy with a zero percent chance of precipitation. Winds will be coming from the North-Northeast at 10-12 miles per hour.

Network information

This is the second game on ABC. This would have generally had a 2:30 PM start, but ESPN opted not to have a game on ABC at the time — one of the very rare times it hasn’t had a game kickoff at that time during a football season. Perhaps they were tired of fighting against the SEC Championship.

The other Iowa State game on ABC this year was against Iowa. So there you go — the Cyclones are 1-0 on ABC this season heading into the game (Yay!).
