  10. Iowa State Cyclones (0-8, 2-9) – 0-4 vs Top 25, Streak: L5

Baylor, TCU, and Kansas State are all in the top spot. Because the Big 12 gives us a true round-robin format, there will be no ties to who wins the conference despite whatever conversation there is on how the committee will look at it.

The scenarios are as follows:

  • Baylor: Beat Kansas State, win the Big 12.
  • TCU: Beat Iowa State, need Kansas State to beat Baylor.
  • Kansas State: Beat Baylor, need Iowa State to beat TCU.

Due to the nature of the scenarios, Iowa State and TCU will have their tilt first at 11:00 AM CT on ABC. Then, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State will have their rivalry for pride and bragging rights in the state at 2:30 PM on Fox Sports 1. Finally, Kansas State-Baylor will decide the fate of the Big 12 champion at 6:45 PM on ESPN.

Regardless of any result, Iowa State will be dead last in the conference as Kansas holds the tiebreaker over them if both teams should end at 1-8 and 3-9 overall. But Iowa State would have a great victory to end the season on should it do the unthinkable and beat TCU.
