Updates and notables on depth chart

  • Allen Lazard is listed as the backup to Quenton Bundrage at the “X” wide receiver position. This position is only two deep while the “Z” position goes four deep with some pretty good talent — the order goes Dondre Daley, P.J. Harris, Tad Ecby, and D’Vario Montgomery.
  • Daley was formerly listed as the third-stringer at the “Z” position.
  • JUCO transfer Trent Taylor is listed behind redshirt sophomore Mitchell Meyers at left defensive end.
  • Gabe Luna is no longer listed on the depth chart, and Darius White moves from left defensive end to right end.
  • Luke Knott is listed behind Jevohn Miller at weakside linebacker.
  • Aaron Wimberly has been removed from returning duties. Jarvis West is the designated punt returner and is listed as the backup kick returner to DeVondrick Nealy.
