Athelte Damien Lawry and Linebacker Darius White Verbal to Iowa State

Damon Sayles of ESPN.com is reporting that Damien Lawry from Dallas has committed to Iowa State. According to Sayles, Lawry will play cornerback for the Cyclones. Lawry is a 3-star prospect and the 39th best athlete according to Rivals.com. Lawry had some large offers from all over the country including Notre Dame, Arkansas, A&M, TCU, Tennessee, Clemson, Arizona, and others.
Also, Darius White has committed to Iowa State according to several sources. White is an outside linebacker from Florida and is a 3-star prospect according to Rivals.com. White had other offers from Florida Atlantic, Florida International, Indiana, Central Florida, and Western Kentucky.
